Waterside regeneration specialists Peel Waters have recently awarded the security contract for the entire Wirral Waters regeneration scheme to City of Liverpool Security.
With previous experience in different projects at Wirral Waters, and having already been appointed to Peel’s housebuilding division, Northstone, City of Liverpool Security is now set to play a crucial role in safeguarding key sites, including Hythe, Redbridge Quay, and Woodside Business Park.
The security services provided by City of Liverpool Security will encompass monitored CCTV, mobile patrols and response, locking and unlocking services, as well as the inspection of reach and rescue points along the dock edges.

City of Liverpool Security is itself headquartered at Woodside Business Park, one of the key sites within Wirral Waters. Having initially moved to Woodside in 2017, the company is expanding its operations to larger premises within the business park to accommodate its growing workforce.
